Total Wellness Program
Time: 9:30am-10:30am

Adults

Help prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, some cancers, and asthma. Learn simple ways to a healthier lifestyle. Free classes meet one hour a week for 12 weeks. The goals of this program is that everyone lose 5% of their body weight and to become more physically active. To register, call 425-4308 or e-mail us at TotalWellness@occhd.org. Please note that the last opportunity to sign-up for this class is May 23, 2013. Class size is limited.
