Help prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, some cancers and asthma. Learn simple ways to a healthier lifestyle. Free classes meet 1 hour a week for 12 weeks. Please note that the last opportunity to sign up for the class is May 22, 2013. The goal is for everyone to lose 5% of body weight and become more active.
