Joy of Play at Any Age

The importance of play continues throughout the life cycle. As children we learn about passion and compassion, joy and restraint and communication all of which prepare us to be cooperative and productive members of society. Play continues to be important by helping to maintain flexibility in the mind and body and promotes a higher quality of life as we age. This lecture explains the fundamental importance of play with children and adults for healthy living.
