Tai Chi for Better Balance

Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls in older adults. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere. Come to the library to experience the modified 8 step form of Tai Chi.
