To celebrate the rich tradition of church hats in the African American community, the Midwest City Library will host our second annual Crowns Tea. Attendees will partake in music, drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Space is limited, tickets are available at the Read-In (February 10, 2013), all attendees must wear a hat (church hat is preferred) and registration is required.
