Volunteer Mission ------------------

To increase service provided by the Metropolitan Library System, extending the community ownership of the library through the skills and talents volunteered by exceptional individuals within Oklahoma County.

Although we cannot guarantee a place for every person wishing to volunteer, we will certainly do our best to place you where you would be able to make a difference. Volunteers are used in libraries on an as needed basis. Opportunities may not be available at all libraries at all times. The best way to determine availability of volunteer positions is to call the library. Other volunteer opportunities may be researched in your area or visit the website at Volunteermatch.org to find another opportunity in your area.
